Update on the Newly Introduced NOUN BSc Computer Science Courses
As a fall out of the 2021 NUC accreditation exercise, it was recommended that the Department introduce some new courses for the BSc Computer Science programme.
As part of our preparation for the forthcoming accreditation for the BSc programme, these newly introduced courses are to be taken by students at those levels except for those yet to pass the compulsory courses.
Students in final year are not expected to go back to 100 level and pass these newly introduced courses before their graduation, If they have passed their core courses or their equivalent.
For students who failed the course(s) that are no longer among the newly released registrable courses, the Department will communicate you and your students through the study centres on the mapping of the courses to be taken in place of those replaced courses.
