2021_2 SEMESTER EXAMINATION-NEED FOR TMA COMPONENT

In an attempt to process the results for the 2021_2  examinations, the Directorate of Examinations and Assessment (DEA) observed that some students failed to attempt their tutor-marked assignments(TMAs).

It was also observed from student performance that the minimum pass grade for exam component was obtained by these students. This implies that the affected students would not have complete results.

In order to ameliorate this situation the DEA with the permission of the University Management decides that necessary machinery be put in place for the students to re-take their un-attempted TMAs in the next available opportunity.

NOTE:

Failure to do so and submit their attempted TMAs within the limited time approved by the University Management for this exercise would mean that the student loses the privilege.

The implication is that they have to re-register for the course again and sit for the TMA and the examination.
