Someone with little graphic designing skills will wake up oneday and decide to download the original NOUN memo template and modify it to create his own to spread fake news in order to sound relevant.
The picture below has been trending online, in some facebook groups and whatsapp groups, please kindly disregard it because it’s not from NOUN.
The picture above is not from National Open University of Nigeria, it’s the work of some whatsapp group admins.
