Final Clearance Update (For Graduands)
Please be informed that the final clearance is now available for graduands whose names are on the previous lists (GRADUATION LIST APPROVED ON 13TH FEBRUARY 2024 and older lists).
These students can now visit https://www.nouonline.net/
For those whose names are on the just-released list (GRADUATION LIST APPROVED ON 11TH MARCH, 2024), please be patient while the management uploads your details to the final clearance portal.
For those who are due for graduation but have not yet seen their names on the graduating list, please be patient as more graduation lists and supplementary lists will be released.
Commencement of Final Clearance for Graduating Students
We wish to inform all graduands that the final clearance in preparation for 2024 convocation ceremony will commence on Monday, 18th March, 2024.
The requirements for the final clearance are:
1. Student Clearance Form – 3 copies
2. Remita payment receipt of #25,000 (Convocation Gown Fee) – 3 Copies
3. Evidence of portal clearance – 3 copies
4. Comprehensive E-Wallet – 3 copies
5. Evidence of payment of Alumni fee of #5,000 – 3 copies
