Some Important NOUN news and updates for students to take note of;

 

SIWES DEFENSE – Jos Study Centre

 

This is to inform those students who have completed their SIWES program that the oral presentation/defense has been scheduled as follows:

• Date: Tuesday, July 26th – Thursday 28th July 2022

• Time: 8:30am

 

A reminder on what to bring along for the defense

 

All reports must be done according to the criteria given in the logbook, Spiral bind two copies for defense and lastly, the defense is for those that started from September, October, November, December, January and  February.

You are to come for the defense with the following items;

 

1. Logbook

2. Report

3. NOUN evaluation form from your SIWES portal (signed, filled and stamped by your organization)

4. ITF reporting form Form 8 (filled signed and stamped by your organization in the section designated for them)

 

Every student must take their logbooks to ITF to endorse it and all logbooks must be signed by your industry based supervisor and stamped every week.

Update (Ibadan Study Centre)

 

If you’re waiting to get your project letter, you can now come for it as the project guides are now on ground. Come Monday – Friday within the hours of 9am and 12:30pm.

 

This is to inform students of environmental health Science that EHS213 – General Microbiology practicals and EHS209–General Biochemistry practicals have been rescheduled to hold  between August 1st – August 5th, 2022 at Enugu Study Centre. Endeavour to participate.
